Shipping Policy
- U.S. Shipping: Free Shipping on orders over US$100 │ US$15 flat shipping fee on orders below US$100.
- Worldwide Shipping: Free Shipping on orders over US$150 │ US$35 flat shipping fee on orders below US$150.
- If you’re only interested in a few small items and don’t meet the free-shipping minimum, email us your item list at [email protected]. We’ll check the actual shipping cost — if it’s lower, you’ll pay less shipping fee.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The shipping label will reflect the address you submit. Incorrect addresses may result in the package being returned. Reshipping is possible, but additional shipping charges will apply.
- Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 weeks after purchase. Occasionally, delivery may take a little longer, as we are committed to sourcing the freshest offerings from local farms and artisans, ensuring that we deliver only the very best to our customers. We provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package. If an item is out of stock and your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly via email.
- Once we ship the packages, delivery delays due to mail service, weather, or customs are completely out of our control. If you need an order by a specific date, we strongly recommend placing it early (1 to 2 months in advance) to avoid unexpected delays and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. Solvrée is not responsible for any lost packages or damage that occurs during transit.
- International Shipping: Solvrée is not responsible for items or orders that are seized, damaged, destroyed, or refused by Customs. Product prices do not include any customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees upon delivery or to contact their country’s relevant authorities to discuss or dispute such charges.
Refund & Exchange Policy

- Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] within 1 to 2 days of delivery, including clear photos showing the issues, and a brief description of the issues. Important: Every order is carefully inspected, securely wrapped, and packaged with protective materials before shipping. We guarantee that all products leave our facility in perfect condition. We are not liable for damage caused by the shipping carrier during transit or delivery, as this happens outside of our control.
- Customers are responsible for returning the defective item with a tracking number (in original packaging and condition). Once we receive the return, we will process and ship an exchange of equal value within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on product availability.
